Figures Advisors is not a licensed public accounting firm. Tax and compliance services, where provided, are delivered by licensed Enrolled Agents and Certified Public Accountants subject to a separate engagement agreement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

BEFORE FILING ANY LEGAL ACTION, YOU AGREE TO FIRST CONTACT US AT info@figuresglobal.com AND PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF YOUR DISPUTE. WE WILL ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE THROUGH INFORMAL NEGOTIATION WITHIN 30 DAYS.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
