One team for both sides of your US move.
Delaware incorporation, EIN, US banking, US tax filings, and India-side FEMA/ODI and DTAA structuring — owned end to end by one team, without flying out.
Talk to our US teamThe teams who already count on Figures

One cross-border team — India and the US, aligned.
Every Figures engagement is led by senior finance and tax professionals who work both sides of the India–US corridor — so your US entity and your India side are structured together, not in isolation.
Incorporation, EIN, US banking, US bookkeeping and tax filings, and India-side FEMA/ODI, DTAA, and transfer-pricing structuring are owned by one in-house team.
It's the cross-border depth most founders never get from a US-only CPA or an India-only CA working separately.
Delaware C-Corp/LLC, EIN, registered agent, and a US bank account — set up remotely.
Form 1120, 5472, franchise tax, and investor-ready US bookkeeping, handled for you.
FEMA/ODI routing, DTAA, and transfer pricing handled correctly on the India side.
No juggling a US CPA and an India CA separately — both sides, one team.
The people who run your India–US corridor.
Your US expansion is led by the same partners who structure cross-border setups end to end — so your India side and your US side stay aligned from the very first decision.

The standards of a global firm, across both sides.
Figures isn't a one-click incorporation tool. Our partners come from Big 10 firms and enterprise finance, and structure the India–US corridor the way a serious company needs it built.
Partners who understand US federal and state tax and India's FEMA/RBI and tax frameworks — and how they interact.
Trained across Big 10 accounting firms and the global software industry — the same standards, applied to your corridor.
Cross-border setups built for funding, IP, and growth — not just a quick incorporation that breaks later.
